Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that delays may occur due to public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen disruptions.


Carrier Responsibility

Packages should be inspected upon delivery.
If a package arrives damaged, customers must report the issue to us within a reasonable time and provide photographic evidence where possible.
We will assist in investigating the matter with the shipping carrier. Claims relating to transport damage may be subject to review with the courier service.


Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
To safeguard against such events, we highly encourage purchasing postal insurance.
Refunds will not be issued for lost packages that are not covered by insurance.


Customer Responsibility for Address Information

Please ensure that all shipping details, including the complete postal address, contact number, and email address, are entered accurately at the time of order.
We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client.


Uncollected Packages

Our refund policy does not apply to orders returned due to failure to collect the package from the postal service despite notification or advisement.
In such cases, the package will be returned to us.
