Shipping Destinations

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order for delivery outside the European Union, the customer acknowledges that the shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes, or related charges does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or payment dispute. Any return shipping costs, customs handling fees, or other expenses incurred as a result of such refusal may be deducted from any refund issued.
Importer of Record
By placing an international order, the customer agrees to act as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for complying with the laws of the destination country.
Refused Shipments and Customs Charges
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs charges, the customer remains responsible for:
- original shipping costs
- return shipping costs
- customs handling fees
These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
If the shipment is abandoned, refused, or destroyed by customs authorities, no refund will be issued.
Chargebacks filed due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes will be formally disputed with the payment provider.
Customs Delays
International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once the courier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the custom
